Meth will make people do crazy things, and this Florida man is no exception. After smoking who knows how much meth, the man needed to get somewhere. He did the responsible thing of not driving under the influence and instead hitched a ride. But he did the irresponsible thing of jumping on top of a moving car and staring at the people through the sun roof.
Eventually the man hopped off of the car when it stopped and police arrived. It’s surprising that he didn’t try to run. It’s really no surprise that this happened in Florida because there are some really, really weird people there. At least this man didn’t try to eat someone’s face, but he definitely didn’t help the reputation of people who live in Florida.
