Former President of the United States George W. Bush was asked to give the commencement address at Southern Methodist University in Dallas on Saturday afternoon. By all accounts, Bush ran the gamut, being both serious and funny during his speech to approximately 2,000 graduates.
At one point, GW paused to give credit to those graduating with honors. But not to leave all of the others out who were not as academically included, he then said, “As I like to tell the C students, you too can be President.”
That is both funny and scary at the same time.
