There are two reasons you should never hit another person: One, it’s a terrible a thing to do. And two, you should always assume you are on camera.
According to the story, a female Panera employee quit her job mid-shift and got into an argument with the manager. The argument unfortunately turned physical when the woman slapped the manager, which led to him swinging at her with a vicious haymaker.
Fellow employees stepped in to separate them before it got any worse, but it was all caught on camera. Panera has since released a statement that both employees no longer work for the company. It’s likely only a matter of time until charges will be pressed.
