A few months ago, we talked about a situation where a Taco Bell executive assaulted an Uber driver because the driver kicked him out of the car due to him being too drunk. The video went viral and the executive was fired by Taco Bell. Now, that ousted executive, Benjamin Golden, has decided to sue the Uber driver for $5 million because he was illegally recorded by the driver, and that he feared for his safety and well-being because he was being kicked out of the car.
Basically, he’s saying that when the driver said he was kicking him out of the car, he thought the driver was going to physically remove him from the car. It seems like all he’s doing now is trying to save face, but by suing the driver for this is just making him look worse. Hopefully the judge just laughs in his face and throws the case out.
