A guy in Canada got cited on Tuesday for driving with about a foot of snow on his car. And copsposted a photo on Twitter, because the only part he’d cleaned off was the driver’s side windshield, so he could see out the front. The rest of his car was basically one huge blind spot. This is incredible!
