Man Shoveling Snow In Shorts Attempts To Mock The Oscars Boycott (Video)

The big story leading up to this year’s Oscars is that there were no people of color nominated for any awards. It has caused quite the stir and has led to many celebrities announcing that they will boycott the ceremony this year.

The other big story lately has been the winter weather leading to record high snowfall in many places throughout the country. One of the places getting crazy amounts of snow was New York, so much so that there was a travel ban and people driving “would be arrested.” This has kept news stations busy on the streets to get the best coverage of what’s going on outside.

A man in Brooklyn decided to tie the two big stories together in a matter of seconds. He was out shoveling the sidewalk in board shorts when a reporter called him over to talk to him. However, he went rogue as soon as he gets on mic with, “I’m boycotting the snow storm, because why does the snow always have to be white all the time?” Well, that’s what you’ll get sometimes with live TV.
