U.S. Student Detained In North Korea Apologizes For His ‘Hostile Act’ (Video)

Otto Frederick Warmbier, a University of Virginia student who has been detained in North Korea for two months, finally got a chance to speak yesterday in a press conference.  During his press conference, Warmbier apologized for his “severe crime,” where he attempted to steal a political propaganda poster from the hotel he was staying at.  Since North Korea is essentially the craziest f**king place on the planet, Warmbier was arrested for his crime and has been detained since early January.

At the press conference, the obviously-coached Otto gave an impassioned speech, apologizing for his atrocities and begging for forgiveness from the North Korean people.  He also praised them for their fair treatment of him, which anyone know knows anything about North Korea knows is a complete lie.

Watch his press conference below.  It’s actually kind of funny how much he’s over acting, but we can’t blame him because they probably threatened to chop his nuts off if he did anything else.
