For us, there’s really nothing better than when things go to complete hell on live television. Our favorite is when it happens during a newscast, since the anchors are typically pretty buttoned up and proper.
In this case, one woman on the news was interviewing a lady about a dog that was up for adoption. It’s one of those cutesy “Pet of the Week” segments that news stations all across the country do. But in this instance, when she threw it over to the weather desk, the weather guy decided to make a joke, which made things terribly awkward.
Here’s a hint: he made a reference to the woman and a dog getting a hotel room together!
