Allen Iverson Reflects On His Infamous ‘Practice’ Rant (Video)

Allen Iverson, the retired Philadelphia 76er, is headed to the Hall of Fame.  During Iverson’s career, he had per-game averages of 26.7 points and 6.2 assists.  He was a pretty dominant player.  Unfortunately for Iverson, though, is that when people hear his name, most people think of one thing: “Practice.

Back in 2002, during a press conference, Iverson went on a rant during a press conference when a reporter asked him about practice.  Iverson was not a fan of the question and gave a very combative response that lasted several minutes, dropping the word “Practice” about 20 times.

In the last 14 years or so, it seems as though Iverson has cooled down a bit.  Yesterday, while being interviewed about his Hall of Fame induction, Iverson actually referenced the infamous rant, saying that he regrets it and wishes that people would remember him for his play instead of “Practice.
