“My boyfriend of two years did something that turned me off so bad that I can’t let it go. The other night this random guy was very rude to me in public and called me a “stupid bitch”. My boyfriend, who was right there next to me, didn’t say anything to defend me. I was minding my own business waiting in line at the grocery store when this strange guy says, “This stupid bitch is in my way. Get out my way bitch”. I was shocked someone would talked to me like that but even more shocked that my boyfriend said nothing to defend me. When I asked my boyfriend why the hell he didn’t defend me, he said “because I didn’t want it to turn violent”. Shouldn’t he have defended me? I want a man to defend me, not be a coward.”
