With the death of Prince yesterday, everyone was rushing to air the story and share memories of his music. CNN’s Wolf Blitzer was no exception, but it seems like he may not actually know much about Prince, considering he referred to his monster hit as “Purple Haze,” not “Purple Rain.” Of course, “Purple Haze” was a Jimi Hendrix song.
It’s unclear if Wolf just pulled a Free Beer or if he really doesn’t know the difference between Hendrix and Prince.
