When your name is “Bumper Del Mar” and you work on a crab boat, you’re a dual badass. First off, working on a fishing boat is in no way easy. It’s a pretty deadly job, hence the Discovery Channelseries, Deadliest Catch. Plus, the guy’s last name is “Del Mar,” which literally translates from Spanish to “from the sea.” This guy is made to be out on the water! So when ‘ol Bumper came into the wheelhouse of the Cornelia Marie, one of the boats featured on Deadliest Catch, complaining of an injury, you know it had to be serious.
It turns out that Bumper was suffering from a hernia, which caused one of his testicles to become inflamed, swelling to the size of his fist! Watch below as he shows off his freshly-grown super ball to the rest of the crew. Apparently there’s not much sympathy on a crab boat!
