Have you ever pulled a prank that just went a LITTLE too far? In general, most pranks are done with funny or innocent intentions, but it doesn’t seem like this one was. Or, if it was, this guy is a little (or a lot) messed up in the head.
An 18-year-old St. Louis man, dressed in an Arab sheikh costume, is now being charged with possible peace disturbance after trying to convince a random woman that he was a terrorist preparing to attack. He pulled up in his car with two other people and threw a backpack on the ground, then hopped in the car and took off. Because what else is there to do on a Tuesday night?
