49-year-old David Maloney is an attorney in Mobile, Alabama who specializes in representing accident victims. And he runs a lot of TV ads where he says he hates drunk drivers.
In one ad, he says, “If you drink and you drive, and you hurt someone, don’t call me. I’m not gonna represent you. I’m not gonna help you. If anything, I’m going to be the lawyer going after you.”
Well surprise surprise! He was pulled over around 2:00AM on Sunday in Pensacola Beach, Florida for speeding in his Lamborghini. And he was DRUNK. Maloney is now facing DUI charges. But on the bright side, he didn’t hurt anyone, so he doesn’t have to call himself to go after himself. So that’s worth something, right?!
