64-year-old Thomas Manning of Massachusetts lost a portion of his penis to cancer in 2012. That’s just awful. But at least he only had to live with it for a few years, because last week, Manning received the first penis transplant in the United States in an epic, two-day-long surgery! And it appears to have worked out pretty damn well. Watch the video below of Dr. Curtis Cetrulo, who was one of his surgeons, giving an update on Manning’s condition.
