We sure love a good news fail here at the Free Beer and Hot Wings Show!
Kim DeGiulio, a reporter from Local 4 WDIV in Detroit, was visiting the beautiful Sleeping Bear Dunes on the shores of Lake Michigan to do a story. Now, these dunes are super steep. And it’s kind of tradition for people to climb to the top of them, then turn around and run down, all the way to the lake. Since they’re so steep, you can really build up some serious speed, making it very easy for your body to start traveling faster than your feet. And that’s just what happened to this reporter…during her broadcast…live on the air! The video below is priceless!
Luckily, it turns out that she didn’t suffer any injuries, just a bruised ego. And her phone screen is now cracked. All in all, she should be pretty happy because this could have gone about 1,000 times worse for her!
