Nashville Man Refuses To Move Out Of Home After Selling It (Video)

The world is a messed up place at times, so refusing to leave your house because you’re scared is understandable.  However, when you refuse to leave your house after selling it to someone else…that’s just unreasonable. This is the truth for Tamara Holloway, whose newly purchased home is being pirated by the previous owner, Justin McCrory.

McCrory has refused to move out of his home saying, “I technically don’t have to go anywhere.” The sale closed on the house on June 1st, and McCrory has refused to leave because there was no amendment saying he couldn’t stay past the closing date.

The Greater Nashville Association of Realtors was shocked by this story, issuing warnings that the real estate market is hot and not to panic or rush and to make sure to get your keys at closing. An eviction warrant is expected to go out next week, but it may take 30 days to get McCrory out of the home.
