There are certain things that people just shouldn’t need to be told. And “Don’t sleep while driving your car” is definitely one of those things.
Sure, some cars may advertise having a “self-driving” or “autonomous driving” mode, like Tesla, but that doesn’t mean that you don’t have to pay attention to the road. Those features are simply supplemental features that will hopefully help you avoid an accident if your eyes are off the road for a split second.
It’s pretty bad that Tesla drivers actually have to be told not to read, play paddy cake and SLEEP while behind the wheel of their robot cars, but alas, they do! Isn’t half of the fun of owning a super expensive car being able to actually drive it, instead of just being a passenger in it? Guess not!
