There must be absolutely nothing to do in Kansas, because this guy thought it would be a good idea to climb a TV broadcast tower and slam a couple beers. Either he welcomes death as a sweet release from the boredom of living there, or he was already a few beers deep and thought this would make him cool. Obviously this is super dangerous and breaks at least two or three laws, minimum.
As the broadcaster said, the police were happy to take him away in a “pertrole” car for this stunt.
