Vanilla Ice was at Atlanta International Airport on Monday and his plane boarded without him, even though he says he was sitting right at the gate. They closed the door, and the plane left.
Ice was furious when he found out, and he flipped out on a Delta attendant. There’s a video posted below, where he yells, “I was sitting right here. No called me. No one said final call. Nothing! You didn’t even say anything.”
Another traveler butts in and says, “You gotta watch the monitor, man.” Ice didn’t appreciate that, firing back, “Hey, I don’t need any information from you, man. Shut your f**king mouth. You don’t work here. Shut up.”
The woman who uploaded the video says Ice was talking on his phone the whole time the plane was boarding. And he didn’t go to the counter until about 10 minutes after the door closed. It’s unclear how it got resolved, but he did miss the flight.
Yesterday, Ice tweeted, “How funny, Vanilla Ice has a meltdown. More like over caffeinated, and no sleep. Wrong actions but right point.”
