John Reynolds of Phoenix saw a cop speeding without his lights on, so he decided to pretend he was a cop and started chasing him to get it all on cell phone video. Not surprisingly, the cop pulled him over and arrested him. His wife recorded the whole thing on her phone, crying the whole time and pleading with the officer to let her husband go. Seriously though…what did they expect was going to happen?
