From 2004 to 2007, the show To Catch A Predator, hosted by Chris Hansen, caught more than 300 child predators. Producers from the TV show would pose as underage kids online and wait to be contacted by grown adults, soliciting them for sex and other inappropriate and illegal activities. The show was a complete phenomenon. Well, Chris Hansen is back with a new, Kickstarter-funded show, Hansen vs. Predator.
The show puts a modern twist on To Catch A Predator, taking into account the many new ways for predators to track down kids via social media and other apps.
