The University of Nebraska Paid Tribute to Their Late Punter (Video)

The University of Nebraska paid tribute to their late punter Sam Foltz in a pretty cool way on Saturday.  Foltz died in a car crash in July, along with a former punter Michigan State punter Mike Sadler.

So the first time Nebraska had to punt against Fresno State, they lined up with no punter.  Then they just let the play clock wind down.  And Fresno State declined the penalty, so they didn’t lose yardage for it.

Unfortunately, some terrible person knew Foltz’s brother would be at the game and robbed his house while he was gone.
