This is one of those odd crimes that when you hear about, you just ask yourself, “Why?”
A couple has been going around a Philadelphia neighborhood stealing something very particular from homes: the zeroes and ones from their street address! Not the whole address…just the zeroes and ones. Why? Who knows! But as many as 20 homes in the East Kensington neighborhood have been hit so far.
The only evidence that’s been collected so far is some security camera footage showing the pair in action, but neighbors are all up in arms about it.
