A Homeless Cat Colony Is Causing Problems For One Kentucky Town (Video)

You have cat to be kitten us right meow! There’s a cat controversy in Winchester, KY! This city has been seeing a rise in the local feline population, especially behind a certain shopping center. Ramona Baxter, along with others, takes care of these cats by feeding them “rain, shine, snow” and she said they change out the straw about twice a year. She also has made a shelter for all of them and even covers the cost of getting them spayed and neutered. How cute! A woman just wanting to help out the local homeless kitties.

Well, apparently it is causing problems for the local animal shelter. Because of this colony being in such a public area, the shelter gets calls and complaints often. The shelter is now trying to come up with the best solution for the feral felines and the loving lady who just wants to give them a home.
