Of all the things a 12-year-old should be really into, Pennywise the Clown from “IT” is not one of them. Yet, here we are living in a world where Angus Brown from Virginia has been waving to cars as he hangs out of the minivan window in full clown costume.
Drivers have complained that, given the recent stories about clowns, it’s frightening and triggering calls to the local police. Angus’ mom disagrees, saying her son isn’t creepy, he’s just very sweet! He has autism and has developed a fascination with Stephen King and the movie “IT” in particular.
