Hurricane Matthew caused a lot of concern, damage and all different types of excitement from people in the affected areas. In this video, police shut down inbound highway lanes and changed them to outbound in order to make for an easier evacuation. Apparently, it is a pretty amazing event because this woman is freaking out and loving driving on the “wrong side” of the highway!
We wonder how she would react if she had to drive in Europe!
