Last week, we posted a video of Chicago Bulls great Scottie Pippen attempting to sing “Take Me Out To The Ball Game” during the seventh inning stretch at Wrigley Field. It didn’t go so well for Pippen. But it’s a tradition at Wrigley, so the tradition rolls along!
On Friday night, perhaps the most famous Cubs fan of them all, Bill Murray, was in attendance for Game 3 of the World Series and was tasked with seventh inning stretch duties. And since he’s Bill Murray and can’t just do things the normal way, he sung in the style of Daffy Duck for some reason. At least the fans seemed to enjoy it! Either that or Cubs fans are still just living off the high of being in the World Series again for the first time in about 350 years.
