Bruce Buffer Announces The Wrong Decision After A UFC Fight (Video)

Mistakes happen.  It happens to everyone.  So what do you do?  You just pick up where you left off and keep going, right?  We laugh at other peoples’ mistakes and it proves to be a good time.  But no one was left laughing when the UFC announcer Bruce Buffer read off the wrong outcomes to a title fight over the weekend.

Now, in Buffer’s defense, he declared the right winner, so at least he didn’t mess up that much.  The UFC welterweight championship fight was between Tyron Woodley and Stephen Thompson.  Woodley entered and left the match the champion.  The final decision of the fight was that all three judges scored the fight a draw, but Buffer announced that two judges scored it a draw and only one gave the fight to Woodley.  Whoops is right.

Buffer then had to interrupt his post-fight interview with Joe Rogan to break the news, but it is doubtful that Woodley cared too much since he won either way.  This little incident shows that everyone makes mistakes, but some mistakes are on a much bigger stage than others.
