Most Of The Arrested Portland Protestors Didn’t Even Vote In The Election (Video)

So in case you’ve missed it, there have been a bunch of protests going on over the last week, with people protesting the election of Donald Trump as President of the United States.  Many are not pleased, especially after the insane, 18-month-long election cycle that concluded last week.

The Portland, Oregon protest has been getting perhaps the most attention, as thousands took to the streets for five straight nights.  During this, 112 people were arrested.

Now, you’d think that if someone was moved enough to join a protest that they would have at least taken the time to vote in the election that they’re so angry about, right?  Yeah, not so much.  Protesting requires action.  In this case, the “action” is voting.  Yet only about 30% of the 112 arrested managed to cast a vote last Tuesday.  Nearly 80 of the protestors arrested either weren’t registered in the state of Oregon or did not vote at all.

Please…for the love of God…if you’re so angry about something, at least take the time to vote.  If you don’t do that, then what exactly are you protesting?
