Vice President-Elect Mike Pence went to see the musical “Hamilton” with his family on Friday night. After the show while the cast was on stage for their curtain call, Brandon Dixon, who plays Aaron Burr, gave a short speech speech directly to Pence, hoping to send him and the Trump administration a message. Dixon said that the highly diverse cast of Hamilton hopes the Trump-Pence administration will protect the rights of ALL Americans, no matter the, color, creed or orientation.
Trump was offended by the statement and demanded an apology, but Pence said he wasn’t.
