On November 26th around 2:00 a.m., police were at 504 Mount Rushmore Road when they were notified there was an emergency in the men’s restroom. Upon entering the restroom, police were informed that a member of the establishment’s private security had witnessed two males snorting a white powdery substance in the bathroom. The males were still in the restroom, and they were identified as 24-year-old Jordan Smith of Rapid City and 24-year-old Ethan Graff of Fort Collins, CO. A bag containing a white powdery substance was located on Smith’s person. The substance field tested positive for cocaine. Both men were placed under arrest and transported to the Pennington County Jail where they provided urine samples. The samples tested positive for cocaine. Both Smith and Graff were arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Ingestion.
