It seems that every time a singer gets hurt on stage, they feel the need to show the world how tough they are by walking it off. The newest singer to do this is country singer Granger Smith, who fell of stage and broke a couple of ribs and punctured a lung mid-performance! Yikes! Where most people would have called it quits for the night, Smith got back up and finished the show before seeking medical attention. Unfortunately, he had to cancel the rest of the shows for the weekend but hopes to be back on the road soon.
