Philadelphia Phillies Vendor Known As ‘Pistachio Girl’ Fired For Supporting White Nationalism (Video)

If you’ve ever been to a Philadelphia Phillies game at Citizen’s Bank Park, you’re probably familiar with Emily Youcis, better known as “Pistachio Girl.”  Youcis is a snack vendor, well known around the ballpark because of her unique method of selling.  Instead of just yelling out the product that she’s selling, Youcis sings her offerings in a very loud, obnoxious Philly accent.  It’s charming in a ballpark kinda way, kinda.

Well, the beloved vendor was recently fired by Aramark, the company responsible for all of the concessions at the the stadium and Youcis’ employer.  But she wasn’t fired because of her performance on the job.  Nope.  She was fired because she’s gone viral recently for another reason: being an outspoken white nationalist!  Not surprisingly, Aramark didn’t want to be associated with her after that, so they cut her loose.

The final nail in the coffin came last month when Youcis appeared in a video while attending an anti-fascism protest of white supremacist Richard Spencer’s National Policy Institute in Washington.  She was attempting to interview people, but fights broke out.  Oh, and Youcis has also been tweeting her pro-white thoughts regularly.  That may have had something to do with it.
