On December 17th at around 8:15 p.m., police were called to 2111 N. Lacrosse Street for a report of an intoxicated male subject. On arrival, police made contact with a witness who told police that the male subject, identified as 22-year-old Samuel Hare of Rapid City, had urinated on the floor. This had caused property damage to the floor and wall area where it had occurred. Hare was placed under arrest for 3rd Degree Vandalism and transported to the Pennington County Jail.
