Cop Pulls Over Another Cop For Drunk Driving And Things Get Physical (Video)

On November 13th in Montmorency County, Michigan, sheriff’s deputies pulled over an off duty cop for driving drunk.  The cop pulled over was Washtenaw County Lt. Brian Filipak, who refused to get out of his vehicle when asked.  Deputies then forced Filipak out of the vehicle and even threatened to taser him.  Filipak pleaded to deputies to just let him sleep it off but the deputies weren’t having it.  Filipak was arrested and later blew a .27 and a .28 which qualifies as “super drunk.”
