The news these days is full of stories that sometimes don’t tell the whole truth. A news station in Philly tried to celebrate the late Joe Frazier, the same Joe Frazier of boxing stardom back in the day. Well, it just so happens that Frazier has been dead for five years! How do you not fact check something like that? The craziest part of the whole story is how they didn’t just wish him a Happy Birthday. They promoted events that he was going to supposedly be a part of later in the day!
Yeah, Frazier is an icon in Philly, but if you are going to celebrate someone’s birthday, you should probably make sure that the person is still alive. Just sayin’!
