So, put yourself in the situation that this Florida woman found herself in. The screen on her phone broke and she hadn’t paid extra for the insurance. So she took the phone back to the T-Mobile store where she bought it to see what they could do. Not surprisingly, the store couldn’t do much due to the lack of insurance. At this point, what would you do? Probably just get in your car and leave, right? Maybe buy a new phone and just suck it up? Well, that’s not what she did! This woman hopped in her SUV and then just casually drove THROUGH THE FRONT WINDOW of the store!
What exactly was she hoping to accomplish with this move? Did she think that would get her a replacement phone? Well, it didn’t. What it did accomplish was charges of aggravated battery, aggravated assault, burglary and criminal mischief. So she’s got that going for her!
