British Politician Denies Tweeting Something, Despite The Evidence Right Next To Him (Video)

Don’t you just hate it when you deny saying something, but then you’re hit square in the face with the evidence that you did indeed say it?  Bummer, right?  This guy probably feels your pain.

During a debate on Sky News, British Conservative politician Liam Fox was asked by the host to comment on something he tweeted just last week.  Fox quickly said that he did not tweet the quote and that a news service misquoted him.  OK, that’s pretty much business as usual in politics…except for the fact that Sky News had the actual tweet pulled up on a massive screen just to the left of Fox. Hmm.

Also, Sky News has confirmed that the screen is NOT a green screen and that the tweet was in full view of both Fox and the host.  Nice denial though, Mr. Fox.
