Mic’d Up Audio From This Hockey Fight Proves That Hockey Players Are Just Built Differently (Video)

Normally when you see a fight, it’s because the two people going at it really hate each other.  But in hockey, that’s not always the case.  And that is made very clear in the video below, which shows a recent fight between San Jose Sharks defenseman Brenden Dillon and Nashville Predators center Austin Watson.

After dropping the gloves and going at it in a pretty dull (by hockey standards) fight, both players are escorted to the penalty box.  Now, you’d expect that they’d be yelling back and forth at each other, obviously pissed off.  But nope.  That’s not the case at at all.  Instead, they’re yelling back and forth in a joking manner about how they each need to work on their cardio in the offseason and how they were winded after just ten seconds of fighting!  They then end their time in the penalty box by wishing each other good luck the rest of the season.  And then they’re on their way!

Hockey players.  They’re a different breed!
