Man Asked To Leave Restaurant Because Of His ‘Offensive’ Breast Cancer Shirt (Video)

Alright, time to put on our social commentary hats here, because we’re in for a ride with this one.

Apparently, in a society that practically worships women’s breasts, it is “offensive” to have them drawn on a t-shirt meant to promote keeping them healthy.  Restaurants such as Hooters or ads for stores like Victoria’s Secret, with breasts clearly the front and center of attention, get a “no problem” pass, but the police get called on Atlanta resident Brian Studdard for wearing a shirt claiming the health of those worshiped fat-sacks matters? Yes, that totally makes sense.

Studdard and his family were out to dinner at Niki’s West in Birmingham, Alabama for his father’s 99th birthday. Studdard was wearing a bright pink shirt that simply said “Breast Matters” with a simple doodle of breasts across the chest. We see that as pretty harmless; however, a hostess approached him saying some of the restaurant staff found the shirt offensive.

Studdard defended his shirt and would not take it off, causing the owner to come out and offer another shirt.  Studdard then offered to just turn his shirt inside out, but this did not satisfy the owner so he asked him to leave and later called the police.

The way this story ends when the police show up is just the cherry on top of this whole debacle.  Studdard was told if he ever returned to the restaurant, he would be arrested for trespassing.

Although restaurants can set limits for what they will allow in their establishment, we think this whole situation is a little excessive on both ends.  So there we have it, kids.  In the end, two stubborn people are at a stand-off in the battle of the boobies.
