Fyre Festival Organizers Now Facing A $100 Million Class Action Lawsuit (Video)

Ja Rule is still taking a lot of heat over the massive failure of his not-so-luxurious Fyre Festival.  But he isn’t just being roasted on social media.

A $100 million class action lawsuit has been filed against Ja Rule and co-founder Billy McFarland.  They’re being sued for fraud and breach of contract.  Meanwhile, both guys have been banned from doing future business in the Bahamas.  So it doesn’t look like there will be a Fyre Festival there next year.

For what it’s worth, Ja Rule claims he’s “heartbroken” over all of the chaos, and is “truly sorry,” even though it’s “not his fault.”  He also insists that the festival wasn’t some sort of get-rich-quick scam, although it’s clear from the footage online that they weren’t even remotely equipped to get this thing off the ground.
