This guy might be the luckiest person in the world after this incident. He’s definitely lucky to still be alive.
On Thursday night, a couple was out at a BBQ fest in downtown Memphis. They made their way back to their car and were on their way home. Somehow, though, they didn’t notice that there was a passed-out drunk man sleeping on the trunk lid of their car! And in an even crazier twist of events, the couple then drove 14 miles down the interstate with the guy passed out there! Finally, a police officer spotted the trunk rider and alerted the couple, who were still unaware of their stowaway.
The drunk man was woken up by the police officer, where he stumbled so much that he nearly fell into oncoming traffic. He was put into the back of a police cruiser, but there is no word on whether he was arrested and charged with a crime or not.
