About three decades ago, the unidentified woman was at a flea market and saw a piece of what she thought at the time was costume jewelry. She bought it for just $15 and wore it every day. But just recently, she was alerted to the fact that her “costume jewelry” was actually a 26.27 carat white diamond! What luck!
The ring is expected to sell at auction next month for over $400,000! Now THAT is a great return on investment!
