George Toubbeh of Fountain Valley, California claims he found two dead geckos in his can of Heineken. After drinking some of the 24-ounce beer, he became ill and was apparently afflicted with physical and psychological problems for three months. Toubbeh filed a lawsuit against the company and Kroger, which owns the store where the beer was purchased. The lawsuit claims negligence and states the law firm had its own scientific tests done. Heineken is not caving and refuses to give in to the claim.
