For WGN Chicago weatherman Tom Skilling, the 2017 solar eclipse was an emotional experience. Before the moon even moved, Skilling was talking about how some people cry when they witness the eclipse. Something about the life-changing nature of it all must have kicked on the waterworks for the most innocent and pure eclipse newscast.
