We know some people have unknowingly been getting degrees from phony colleges that eventually rip them off, however there are some other people getting theirs online and they know it’s all fake.
During a David Goldstien Investigation on CBS LA, they found multiple professors and other public employees who claim to have masters degrees. Either on their university bios or LinkedIn profiles they openly share they have their degrees from non-accredited schools hoping people don’t investigate further.
In the investigation, Goldstien tested how easy it was to get a degree on one of these websites using his dog, Milky Way “Milly” Goldstien. All he had to do was click what he wanted Milly’s degree to be in and what day they wanted the graduation to be. For $200 Milly was then sent an embossed diploma as a Doctor of Philosophy from Charter University.
So what we are hearing is we could all be doctors soon? Bet.
