Bobby Knight Unapologetic About How His Run At Indiana Ended (Video)

Bobby Knight is a college basketball coaching legend, who coached at Indiana University for nearly 30 years, from 1971-2000. Knight was fired in 2000 after an incident in which he grabbed a student’s arm and lectured him after the student addressed Knight by simply his last name, not proceeded by “Mr” or “Coach.” In the clip below, from a promo for an episode of Undeniable With Joe Buck, Knight discusses the firing, referring to it as complete “bulls**t.

Now, it may get discussed at greater length during the full episode, but what doesn’t really come up in the promo is that the run-in with the “Knight” student was the final nail in the coffin for Knight at Indiana. He was on a strict zero-tolerance policy after his temper got him in trouble numerous times with both students and other faculty members at Indiana. So Knight choosing to focus on the final incident, instead of his full portfolio of work, is kind of, well, “bulls**t.

Check out the promo below. Undeniable airs tonight at 8pm on the Audience Network.
