According to sheriff’s reports, this man was being chased after he was acting suspiciously.
Maybe the reason the officer was suspicious was because the deputy went up to the car and smelled marijuana, spotted a baggie of it and the guy put it in his mouth and sped away.
While the suspect was being chased he called 911 who urged him to pull over for the very real officer.
The suspect then repeatedly tried anything that he thought could work to get the cop to let off. The best of these excuses is that Donald Trump is a personal friend of his and that they made a deal!
Deputies eventually ran him off the road, stopped him, then searched his car to find multiple pipes with weed residue on them.
So clearly this man was not stupid or crazy, just really high! Good to know!
