Yesterday morning, Arizona State announced that Herm Edwards would be their new head football coach. However, ‘ol Herm doesn’t seem to know that the mascot for Arizona State’s team is the Sun Devil. And that seems to be the case because yesterday when he was asked a question by a reporter from a publication called “Devils Digest,” he responded by saying, “I’m Catholic now, I’m Christian, watch out for them Devils.” Edwards didn’t seem to make the connection between the Sun Devils and Devils Digest. Hmm.
Sure, he could have just been messing with the reporter, but it doesn’t really seem like it!
